1. General Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our immigration consulting and administrative support services, we operate a strict no-refund policy for services that have already been commenced or completed.
Once we begin reviewing your documents, giving advice, or preparing any part of your case, the service is considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
2.1. Cancellation at Least 24 Hours Before Appointment
You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund.
Cancellation must be requested by email at office@roconsultingagency.co.uk.
2.2. Service Not Yet Commenced
If no work has started on your case, you may request a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
3.1. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
3.2. Missed Appointments (“No-Show”)
If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, you forfeit the service fee.
3.3. Services Already Commenced or Completed
No refund will be issued once we have:

Started preparing, checking, or supporting your application

Delivered any part of the service
4. Appointment Rescheduling
You may reschedule an appointment once, free of charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Requests made within 24 hours may be declined.
5. Service Errors
If you believe we made a clerical or administrative error, you must notify us within 7 days.
We will correct verified errors at no additional cost.
This does not provide grounds for a refund.

7. Fraud Prevention
