6.2 You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
6.3 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
6.4 If you fail to attend your appointment without notice (a “no-show”), no refund will be issued.
6.5 If we are required to cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:
(a) a full refund; or
(b) a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
